Brazil that was called "the country of
young people" has been facing an increase in its old population nowadays.
Unfortunately getting old in a Brazilian society is very difficult because the youth is
its main stereotype. In Brazil the senior citizens need to confront the prejudice and the
ignorance of a society that don’t know how to deal or give their well deserved
treatment.
It’s the government responsibility bring and fit the old Brazilian people in the
society. The creation of specific programs, activities and the reeducation to the
Brazilian society is vital to give a new hope to these Brazilian senior citizens. |
